From the M65 Motorway eastbound from Blackburn:

Leave the motorway at Junction 10, signposted Burnley. Take the Town Centre exit off the roundabout onto Cavalry Way A671 (5th exit). Take the first exit off the next roundabout onto Westway A671, staying in the left hand lane. At the traffic lights bear left. At the mini roundabout, turn left. At the next roundabout, turn left onto Princess Way. Continue straight on (with the College on your left). At the mini roundabout go straight on (2nd exit). At the next roundabout go straight on (2nd exit) onto Royle Lane, signposted for 
Crow Wood.

From the M65 Motorway westbound from Colne/Pendle:

Leave the motorway at Junction 11, signposted Burnley. Take 3rd exit onto Royle Lane, signposted for Crow Wood.
