Spa Information

It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to relax prior to treatment. Arriving late for your appointment may result in your treatment being cut short, as timings for subsequent clients have to be maintained.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment.

Regrettably we are unable to allow children under the age of 7 years to accompany clients who are having treatments. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult during their treatment.

Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice

We aim to provide you with a professional service so if you are not completely satisfied with the treatment you receive, please tell the therapist before you leave the spa. We will do our best to resolve any concerns you raise. If you wish to complain after you have left the spa, please contact the spa manager as promptly 
as possible.
